MerchSage.com is an authorized merchandise platform for YouTube creators and provides the storefront technology, payment processing, and fulfillment coordination. All products on 87NoStab are published with the explicit consent and approval of 87NoStab.

Products

All products are made to order and printed on demand. Product images are representative — slight color variation may occur due to monitor settings and print processes.

Ordering

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

• The shipping address provided is accurate and complete
• You have reviewed your order details — including size, color, and design — before checkout

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that cannot be fulfilled.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Defective, damaged, or misprinted items are eligible for your choice of a full cash refund or a free replacement. Buyer's-remorse returns (change of mind, sizing, etc.) are eligible for a free replacement in a different size, color, or design of equal value — cash refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns. Cancellations

Production begins shortly after your order is placed, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled before it enters production. If you change your mind after placing an order, the simplest path is to receive the item and use the 30-day return window described in our Refund Policy.

Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content associated with 87NoStab are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without explicit permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 87NoStab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or delivery delays. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, the jurisdiction in which the operator (PRISMATIKORBIT LDA) is registered. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
