Shipping Policy
All Lyles Pond products are made to order and printed on demand. We do not stock inventory — every item is produced fresh after your order is placed.
Production Time
Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days after purchase. Production times may be longer during high-demand periods.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Total Estimated Time
Plan for 6–12 business days from order to delivery under normal conditions (production + shipping combined).
Tracking
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. Use the provided tracking number to monitor your delivery.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. All prices are charged in USD regardless of your country; your bank handles any currency conversion. A small number of destinations may be unavailable for certain products — if we can't ship to your address, you'll see this at checkout before any charge is made.
Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once an order is submitted. Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement.
